How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions unlock FocusLoop Pro features and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I restore purchases?
Open FocusLoop, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple ID used for the subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings. Open the App Store, tap your profile, then Subscriptions, and select FocusLoop to cancel.
I paid but Pro is still locked — what do I do?
Make sure you are signed into the correct Apple ID, then use Restore Purchases. If it is still locked, contact support with your receipt details.
